We are a small company not yet able to accept returns for refunds.
We offer exchanges for any of our designs online or at our shows.
We add new designs each year so if you want to wait till next season for your exchange or, if you have an idea for a more custom look (we take custom orders), we offer Gift Certificates for you to use when you are ready.

Exchanges: If you are a person who "runs cold" you really should try using your Warm It Up! Design. Was it a gift? You don't really run cold? The warming elements do not have to be used. It is a nice option should you find yourself outdoors in the cold while traveling or whatever. Warm It Up! Wear is designed, to be worn, as a beautiful fashion accessory.

1 - Shop our website and choose the item you would like to have in exchange
2 - Contact us: The best way is via email at Susan@warmitupwear.com
Or by phone: (310) 418-5315
3 - Once you have approval from us, pack up your item and send it to the address we provide at approval. You pay for the shipping charges.
4 Look for an email, via Paypal, Confirming receipt of your item and containing an invoice with return shipping charges. Once this invoice is paid we are ready to ship your new item.
5 You will receive a second email via USPS Priority Mail with tracking information..
6 Track your new item and receive it within 3 days of shipping. Open and stay warm!... and beautiful.
